If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes other than any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form), purchases made on the site antmir.it are governed by the Italian law on distance selling (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005). Archè di Bosone Vincenzo also complies with the obligations arising from Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 (Implementation of Directive 2000/31/EC relating to certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce). The sale between Archè di Bosone Vincenzo and the customer must be considered concluded when the order sent by the customer, in compliance with the purchase procedure specifically indicated on the indicated website, reaches the address of the site itself. The order sent by the customer will be binding for Archè di Bosone Vincenzo only if the entire purchase procedure has been completed regularly and correctly, without any evidence of error messages from the site. By submitting the purchase order, the customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided by the site during the online purchase procedure and that he fully accepts the general conditions of sale.
How to purchase
The customer can only purchase the products present in the site catalog at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant technical-informative sheets. The order cannot be placed in relation to products that, although present in the site catalog, are indicated as unavailable. In any case, the products present on the site are offered until their availability runs out.
All products displayed on the site are intended to be available for immediate delivery, unless otherwise explicitly indicated. The sales prices displayed on the site antmir.it are to be understood as inclusive of VAT. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Archè di Bosone Vincenzo by means of a communication, sent via e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated by the customer in the purchase procedure. The confirmation communication will report the identification number of the order, the date and time of placing the order, the indication of the products purchased, the price, the delivery costs and any cash on delivery, the data provided by the customer for invoicing and delivery, the payment method chosen by the customer and a summary of the general conditions of sale. The customer must promptly verify the content of the communication and undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained therein and to promptly communicate any errors and/or omissions. In the event of temporary out of stock or delay of a product, the customer will be promptly notified via e-mail.
Payment Methods
Each payment by the customer can only be made using one of the methods indicated on the site antmir.it.
Paypal, with credit card and prepaid cards
The amount of the order will be charged to the customer's Paypal account after confirmation of the order by Archè di Bosone Vincenzo. The delivery of the product will be carried out after verification of the crediting of the purchase price in the PayPal account of Archè di Bosone Vincenzo. Any refunds to the customer will be made by Archè di Bosone Vincenzo. A confirmation email from PayPal will be sent for each transaction made.
Advance Bank Transfer
In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the execution of the delivery of the order by the customer will be kept suspended until the amount due has been credited to the bank account of Archè di Bosone Vincenzo. The bank transfer must be made by the customer within three working days of receiving the email confirming receipt of the order and the customer must provide proof of the order of the bank transfer by sending a copy to Archè di Bosone Vincenzo by email to the address [email protected]. The crediting of the amount transferred to the Archè di Bosone Vincenzo account must occur within eight working days of receiving the email confirming receipt of the order. If one of the above-mentioned terms has elapsed in vain, the order will be automatically considered cancelled and will not be processed. The reason for the bank transfer must include: I) name and surname, company name or title of the person placing the order; II) the order reference number; III) the date the order was placed.
Delivery methods and costs
Archè di Bosone Vincenzo will deliver the selected and purchased products via express courier to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Orders will be processed as soon as they are received. Archè di Bosone Vincenzo undertakes to deliver the products in the shortest possible time. The total amount of the expenses will be visible before proceeding with the purchase confirmation. The shipped goods will be checked and delivered to the courier intact and without defects. Archè di Bosone Vincenzo cannot be held responsible in any way for any delays or damages attributable to the fault of the courier. Shipping Italy: Transport on Italian and European territory is entrusted to the express courier of maximum notoriety and reliability. Delivery for Italy takes place within 24/48 hours, the times indicated above are absolutely indicative and may vary during holiday periods and/or based on the destination to be reached. In any case we are not responsible for any delays due to the courier. For transport on European territory, delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days based on the destination to be reached. In order to have an accurate and safe delivery, please indicate the destination address as precisely as possible, complete with useful information, such as Staircase, Interior, Intercom, etc. Associated with each order will be present, and will be communicated via email confirming the departure of the package from our warehouse, a shipping code consisting of an identification number with which it will be possible to check where the shipped package is located directly from the courier's website. Failure to deliver due to the recipient's absence: If the recipient of the shipment is absent, the courier will leave a notice at the first passage and will make a second passage the following day. If the recipient is absent at the second passage, the goods enter storage. The storage service consists in the custody of shipments that have not been delivered for reasons independent of the courier. In the event of failure to deliver, the goods are placed in special monitored areas with limited access. The service includes sending the sender information regarding the storage and the request for redelivery shipments. The goods will be returned to the sender if there are no new instructions within 10 working days from the date of opening of the storage. All costs relating to storage and related returns will be charged directly to the recipient. The issuance of the invoice is not mandatory if it is not requested by the customer no later than the time of carrying out the transaction, as indicated in art. 22 of the Presidential Decree of 26/10/1972 n. 633. By sending the order to Archè di Bosone Vincenzo the customer agrees to receive the invoice/receipt in electronic format. The customer can receive the invoice/receipt in paper format by making an express request to Archè di Bosone Vincenzo. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in the same. Shipping costs: shipping costs are explicitly reported in the summary table below. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of receipt of the products, by sending a written communication by email to the address: [email protected]. The communication referred to in the previous point must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, attaching a copy of the receipt/tax invoice. The customer must then return the product at his/her own expense in the original packaging to “Archè di Bosone Vincenzo”, Via sottoferrovia, 7, 19034 – Luni (SP). The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and together with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Archè di Bosone Vincenzo will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal by crediting the payment instrument used for payment as quickly as possible and in any case within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Archè di Bosone Vincenzo has the right not to accept returned products that have been altered from their original condition or have been damaged. If the recipient of the products indicated in the order is different from the person who made the payment for such products, the amount paid corresponding to the returned items will be refunded by Archè di Bosone Vincenzo to the person who made the payment. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Archè di Bosone Vincenzo will not be responsible for the transport costs for the return or for any loss or damage to the products attributable to third parties.
Responsibility
Archè di Bosone Vincenzo assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disruptions of the Internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the timeframes set out in the contract. Archè di Bosone Vincenzo will also not be liable for damages, losses and costs incurred by the customer as a result of failure to execute the contract for reasons not attributable to the customer, and unless they depend on an act or omission by Archè di Bosone Vincenzo, the customer being entitled only to a full refund of the price paid and any additional charges incurred. Archè di Bosone Vincenzo cannot be held responsible for the information, data and any technical or other inaccuracies that may be contained in the site, if they have been communicated by third parties and have been verified by Archè di Bosone Vincenzo according to the criteria of ordinary diligence. Archè di Bosone Vincenzo assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, at the time of payment for the products purchased, if it can demonstrate that it has adopted all possible precautions based on the best science and experience of the moment and based on ordinary diligence.

All product sheets are freely available for consultation, a similar operating method applies to the insertion of products in the cart for proof of purchase and verification of shipping costs.
